Initiate Your Request

Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated UK service center address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping.
Inspection and Refund
